GOOO HEELS and Happy Hump Day!*
It's been a few days since I have had the time to sit down and think about anything besides work, football and social activities, so I am going to take a breather and do something for me :) BLOG!
I think I still have yet, more to write about the wedding, but I will save that for a day in which I have more time.
So this week has had me thinking about a lot of things in life...from how a mood can ruin a moment to how precious each moment can be and everything in between. I have learned over time some very valuable lessons, to which, had I appled earlier in life, I may have changed the course of my ups, but mostly my downs.
Here are a few of those things...find yourself and love yourself before you even think of loving anyone else, find your strength and independence and never be afraid to stand up for what you believe in. You come first and there is no shame in it. People who truly love you, will love this about you. Never, ever give up control of yourself to anyone else. Speak your mind, however kindly, and never, ever lie. Most importantly, feel and don't be afraid of those feelings!
Now, on to a less serious matter...but one not to be taken lightly...CAROLINA plays DUKE tonight at 9 pm EST and ya'll better be rooting for those HEELS!!! I am looking forward to spending the evening with some of our favorite Tarheel family members, Brandon and Rebecca and company!!! Come on Roy's Boys...give us a "W".
